Teens Jiu Jitsu

Our Youth Jiu Jitsu program focuses on ground level altercations – utilizing holds, throws, and a variety of submission techniques.

This makes Jiu Jitsu ideal when learning how to take on an opponent who may be larger than you, without necessarily having to hurt them. Furthermore, our program is taught by experienced instructors who have trained and competed at the highest levels of the sport.

Our instructors are passionate about teaching and helping our students develop the skills and confidence to succeed both on and off the mat.

Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals:

Our program will teach teens the basic techniques of Jiu Jitsu, including positions, escapes, submissions, and takedowns.

Teens will learn how to apply these techniques in both offensive and defensive situations, as well as how to transition between different positions.

Our experienced instructors will also provide plenty of opportunities for teens to practice and refine their skills in a safe and supportive environment. Whether your teen is a beginner or an experienced martial artist, our program will provide them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in Jiu Jitsu and in life.

Fitness

Our program incorporates a variety of fitness exercises and drills to help teens improve their strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness.

Teens will participate in cardio exercises such as jumping jacks, burpees, and sprints to increase their heart rate and burn calories.

They will also engage in strength exercises such as push-ups, squats, and lunges to build muscle and improve their overall fitness. Overall, our Teens Jiu Jitsu Program is designed to be fun, challenging, and rewarding for teens of all levels.

Self-Defense

Our program emphasizes the importance of self-defense, and will teach teens how to defend themselves in a variety of situations.

Teens will learn how to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations, as well as how to use Jiu Jitsu techniques to defend themselves if necessary. In addition, our program will help teens develop the confidence and awareness they need to stay safe and protect themselves in any situation.
