Our DNA

Wolves Den Jiu Jitsu, born from the visionary dream of its founder, Matheus Queiroz, has grown into a symbol of empowerment and transformation through the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The seeds of this dream were sown in Matheus’s heart long before the inception of the academy. His unyielding passion for Jiu Jitsu, coupled with a deep desire to positively impact the lives of others, gave rise to the concept of Wolves Den Jiu Jitsu in 2019. With dedication and perseverance, this dream became a resounding reality in 2023, as Wolves Den Jiu Jitsu proudly flourished with multiple thriving locations.

At the core of this remarkable journey lies the invaluable wisdom and guidance of Master Suyan Queiroz, a five-time world champion and a black belt holder for over 25 years. His indomitable spirit and profound knowledge have been instrumental in shaping Wolves Den Jiu Jitsu into a powerhouse of BJJ excellence. The academy is renowned not only for creating champions on the mats but for nurturing champions in every aspect of life.

Wolves Den Jiu Jitsu is a proud member of the esteemed Carlson Gracie Team, an association with an illustrious lineage in the world of Jiu Jitsu. Master Suyan, a recipient of his black belt from the legendary Carlson Gracie Sr., embodies the legacy and spirit of this martial art dynasty. Matheus Queiroz, in keeping with this legacy, received his black belt from both his father and Carlson Gracie Jr., a testament to the deep rooted tradition and commitment to excellence that define Wolves Den Jiu Jitsu. As we continue to forge ahead, our journey is marked not only by the trophies and medals won but by the lives transformed, the champions inspired, and the rich history being etched in every roll on the mat.
