Check Out What people Are Saying about us

We have loved our experience with wolves Den. Our son started at 4 years old and have seen so much growth, maturity and growth. Being a young boy he would love to wrestle everyone and now he has a great environment to do so. We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and fun environment the instructors provide

Wolves Den Jiu Jitsu is my 2nd home! Hands down best professor's in the state and some of the best on the world, literally. If you're looking to start , might as well come where you'll learn from the best right off the bat. The team is extremely welcoming. Bonus, the friends and atmosphere feels like an extended family. Always nice being a part of something bigger than yourself! Wolves Den Jiu Jitsu ❤

As someone new to the world of Jiu-Jitsu, my experience at Wolves Den Jiu-Jitsu has been nothing short of transformative. From the moment I stepped into the gym, I felt a sense of community and support.Instructors: The instructors here are phenomenal – they possess a deep understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and are great at teaching it in a way that is accessible to all skill levels. They emphasize not only the physical techniques but also the discipline and mental strength required in the sport.Couldn't recommend this gym enough!!

Ryan lost 105 pounds in two years after a diabetes diagnosis left him feeling stuck and out of options. Wolves Den gave him the structure and the room full of people who noticed when he missed a day, and he rebuilt his health and his confidence from the ground up.

Jeff is forty eight, three years in, and all three of his sons train at Wolves Den. He came looking for a way to bond with his youngest and ended up rebuilding his relationship with his middle son, who now meets him on the mats at six in the morning. He has also competed on the world stage, takes no medication, and says he feels better than he did at eighteen.

The Frohling family came to Wolves Den looking for somewhere to burn off three boys' worth of energy. What they found was discipline that followed the kids home, respect that showed up at the dinner table, and a room full of people who became a second family.

Harumi is twenty and started training with her dad two years ago. She has since taken first locally and third at worlds, but the reason she tells people to try it is simpler: she was bored at the gym, and this is the only workout she actually looks forward to.

After months of being targeted at school, this Wolves Den student stopped dreading the walk in every morning. Training gave him the confidence, the discipline, and the quiet certainty that he can handle himself, and his mom saw the change at home before she saw it on the mats.

Three months after his fiftieth birthday, Kenny decided he was not going to be the guy who works, sleeps on the couch, and slowly gains weight. Two years later he is thirty pounds lighter, stronger than he thought he could be, and quick to tell you what he tells everyone who asks: you do not have to be in shape, you do not have to know anything, you just have to walk through the door.

Jared, a Marine Corps veteran and two-time Purple Heart recipient, came to Wolves Den out of shape and missing the brotherhood he had in the service. When his wife was diagnosed with cancer, the Wolves Den family raised over $20,000 to help her fight, and that is when a gym stopped being a gym.

Natalie is 42, raising kids, and figuring out how to grow food in her backyard. She is also four years into jiu jitsu and competes three times a year, because somewhere along the way she decided she was done with not doing things that scare her.

Dan is thirty and six months in. He came for the training and got a room full of people who text him when he misses a day, which he says is the part that has kept him coming back. What he did not expect was how much of it followed him out the door, more energy, more confidence, and a much better sense of what his body can actually do.
